Martial Arts Basics/Drills
Martial arts drills offer great fitness benefits. This class is focused on basic stances, strikes, blocks and kicks from the Universal African Fighting Arts System that can be applied to further martial arts training or simply for a full body workout.
A thorough stretching & strengthening warm-up followed by a variety of martial arts drills and and instruction for practical application.
We offer co-ed and women-only classes.
